Our Story

Jacquelene Cutro acquired the former Fringe Hair and Nail Salon from previous owners in August 2012. She envisioned it as a hip and positive space where everyone can experience beauty and wellness without discrimination. Over the next decade, the salon has personified the values of professionalism, quality service, and exceptional customer care, and it has grown into a high-end two-story salon and spa that offers a wide gamut of services, including hair treatments, extensions, facials, waxing, makeup, and more.
